What T.D Hypnotherapy Can Do For You?

Since many of your ideas accepted early in life--before the critical filter has formed, are false and many ideas accepted later are built upon the premise that false ones are true.  These poorly programmed ideas keep you from self-mastery of your desired outcomes.  So, T.D Hypnotherapy will guide  your activity consciously (new programming) toward your goals such as heath, happiness, and financial success including spiritual journey while working with your subconscious mind.  The subconscious accepts only what the conscious mind believes at the time the suggestion is offered.  Your subconscious mind is the dominant part of your behaviors whether they are destructive or powerful dynamo of achieving desired outcomes.

T.D Hypnotherapy is a planned treatment using many different techniques or healing modalities that guides your activity consciously toward your goals (new programming) such as physical & emotional health, happiness, and financial success including spiritual journey while working with your subconscious mind.  The subconscious accepts only what the conscious mind believes at the time the suggestion is offered.

Symbolic Meaning of Lotus Flower

The Lotus flower grows in dirty water not in the clean pond; however, its flower is flawless not stained by the water in the pond when it blooms.  Likewise your True Self--it symbolizes that your pains and sufferings in life are affected by the convoluted nature of the world; however, there is a source of inner wisdom if you can access your True Self.  You may face many challenges, difficulties, sickness, and problems in life and you want to be free from miserable experiences and desire happiness in your life.  Then, the question is how you can get in touch with your True-self.

What if you imagine the unknown force is right inside of you and waiting to be your obedient servant and wanting to give you anything you want.  The real True You has the dynamic power.  To change your life for the better, you need to change your mind.  The True self can be found by looking inward not outward.

Then, how to change your mind?  The dominant part of this dynamic power is your subconscious mind.  Your source of energy is the subconscious mind and no amount of willpower exerted by the conscious mind can override it and hypnosis comes as a means of reaching the subconscious mind.

Mind-Body Communication  & Inner Healing

Biological Activity of Mind-Body & Inner Healing

Picture
The wave like nature of mind-body communication and healing, in response to our belief and mental suggestion mediated by the biological activity of autonomic nervous system (sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems), endocrine & immune system, is located in the limbic system.  The limbic system is a complex set of structures composed of hypothalamus, hippocampus, amygdala, and other adjacent areas such as cingulated gyrus, ventral tegmental area, basal ganglia, & prefrontal cortex.  The limbic system is responsible for our emotional life and memory & learning.

The autonomic nervous system is responsible for control of involuntary or visceral bodily function (e.g., cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive functions) and functions as a key role in the body’s response to stress.  The autonomic nervous system is composed of 1) sympathetic nervous system which controls the body function to fight or flight under stress, and 2) parasympathetic nervous system which control vegetative function (feeding, breathing, resting, or etc.)  This commanding center is located mainly in the hypothalamus and in portions of the cerebellum and temporal lobe of the cerebral cortex.

Adrenaline (also called epinephrine) released by the sympathetic nervous system from the adrenal gland (on the top of the kidneys) prepares the body for vigorous activities associated with ‘fight or flight’ (preparing for violence or running from danger) by regulating heart rate, blood vessel, air passage diameters, and metabolic shifts.  The voodoo death—a good example of the physiological cause of a heightened and prolonged exposure to the emotional stress is due to an overactivated sympathetic nervous system.  This sudden and rapid death, the result of the rapid shifts between sympathetic and parasympathetic cardiovascular effects during psychological stress is due to profound ignorance and insecurity.

The endocrine system controls all hormonal function and secretes messenger molecules that carry information from one part of the body to another.  The psychological processes such as memory, learning, behavior, addiction, and personality including metabolism and growth are modulated by many of these messenger molecules.  The flow of these hormonal messenger molecules in the limbic system (e.g., pituitary gland in the hypothalamus) pulsates throughout the day.

The process of self-reflective information transduction called consciousness is mediated by messenger molecules.  The mind and body are united by messenger molecules.  The messenger molecules are the common communication channel between the emotions, sensations, thoughts & images of consciousness and the molecular transduction mechanism of the body.

Inner healing, the essential communication between the mind-brain level and the cellular transduction of the body in health & illness, is mediated by variety of messenger molecules that encode all forms of life experiences responding to the heightened state of awareness, emotion, and motivation in relation to such problems as trauma, stress, or other addictive behaviors.   The subconscious mind can be guided by hypnotherapy while the conscious mind is less active state.

Mind, Body, and Soul Connection

Past Life Regression

What is Past Life Regression therapy?

Many people wonder what is really happening when a person regresses to a different time and space in the past life.  It really does not matter whether you believe in reincarnation in order for the past life regression to be therapeutic.

The important matter is that you access the subconscious mind which leads to the optimal/perfect solution for the present difficulties and painful situation.  You will explore your past from a former lifetime (or former lifetimes) to early childhood. In order to be therapeutic it is irrelevant for you to actually experience the past life; however, you can temporarily distance yourself from the present predicament long enough to open your mind to a greater understanding of the situation.  Then, you can respond more favorably to the situation.

Benefits of Past Life Regression

# Gain Better Perspectives from the “Big Picture”

# Release Prejudices

# Forgive Self & Others

# Clearing Phobias

# Clear Repetitive Behavioral Patterns

# And Much More!

Physical Components of the Mind

Conscious Mind

Conscious mind is identified with the somatic nervous system, which controls functions of voluntary muscles, lies in the cerebral cortex—the outermost part of the brain.  The areas receiving information is located in 1) a lateral strip across top of the head at the front portion of the parietal lobe and 2) the thalamus—located at the base of the cerebrum.   The area controlling voluntary movements is located in at the back of the frontal lobe.

Coordinating mental actions of thinking and reasoning governed by these areas are the physical components of the conscious mind.

Subconscious Mind

The subconscious mind is identified with the autonomic nervous system (see figure to the left) which divides into 1) sympathetic nervous system—controls the body function to fight or flight under stress, and 2) parasympathetic nervous system—control vegetative function (feeding, breathing, resting, or etc.)

The autonomic nervous system is responsible for control of involuntary or visceral bodily function (e.g., cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive functions) and functions as a key role in the body’s response to stress.  This commanding center is located mainly in the hypothalamus and in portions of the cerebellum and temporal lobe of the cerebral cortex.   These subconscious areas can be controlled by hypnosis while the conscious areas are less active.

Nonlocality of Mind

In quantum physics, when two photons of light are spinning in opposite directions and if you flip the spin of one, the other is instantaneously affected.  This tells us that there is no time or space (distance) intervening between them. This nonlocalilty, the ability to influence events across a distance throughout time, does not require intervening energy or force but only needs intentionality or desire to make it happen and this happens simultaneously.

Although you can’t consciously perceive the fact that universe may be connected in a way at a level which includes your own consciousness and intentionality, that really is your own mind, everything in the universe is interconnected in a luminous matrix that acknowledges no time and space.  So, whatever you perceive is a projection of your inner world and this world perfectly mirrors the condition of your soul.   The good news is that we always have a choice.  In order to transform your life you have to realign your priorities and make fundamental changes.

The Four States of Mind (Brain Wave States)

Picture
There are four states of awareness in our brain which is known as brain wave states.  The most part of our waking hours are in the Beta state (15–30 cycles per second or Hz).  It is a good place for decision making, logical thinking and reasoning while our conscious mind is fully active and ready to analyze any information it receives.

As we start to relax, our brain wave cycle also begins to slow down.  When our brain waves start to slow down and reach the Alpha state (8-14 Hz)—our brain enters between conscious and subconscious minds and becomes easier to access memories and store new information (new programming).  This alpha state is highly suggestible, creative, imaginative, daydreaming state and is referred to as the trance state.  The alpha state is associated with REM sleep or memory of dreams.

With further relaxation, we would fall into a light sleep which is called the Theta state (4-8 Hz) which is the dream state and often associated with spiritual awareness (yogis & other meditators).  When we get into a deep sleep, it is referred as the Delta state (1-3 Hz).

However, recent studies indicated that the brain still produces Alpha waves while we are in total conscious state of Beta.  This explains that our subconscious mind stays in Alpha at walking speed during waking hours while our conscious mind jogs along in Beta.  However, our conscious and subconscious minds manifest both at walking speed during meditative or hypnotic state.

Again, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.  Our subconscious accepts only what the conscious mind believes at the time the suggestion is offered.

Mind & Natural Holistic Health

What your subconscious believes makes a difference between success & failure, sickness & health, and happiness and unhappiness.

Nature of the Human Problems

Our health whether it is physical or emotional & psychological health depends upon the world (environment) we are reacting to.  Our perception determines who we become.  The real nature of our problems is our own feelings, which are part of our mind.  If we respond to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind, they would not be problems for us.  Problems arise only if we react with a negative state of mind and we usually blame others for our problems, which will make them worse.  Then, how can we approach our own feelings?

Simple kindness to one’s self and others including all living things is the most powerful transformational force.  Such kindness practiced without exception or selfish reward will increase one’s own true power.  Power arises from meaning.  It has to do with motive, and it has to do with the principle which leads to self-empowerment.

Our inner work is ultimately neither duality nor non-duality—there is only awareness.  You access this mind not in seeking, in doing, or in thinking but your own stillness through your quiet acceptance of yourself and others with profound willingness to be present.

Minds Impact on Health and Remedies

The subconscious contains all accumulated emotions such as fear, love, hatred, happiness, sadness, desires, disappointment and etc. bred through many generations of existence.  Each thought embedded in these emotions has a certain effect on the body’s physical or psychological function.  Without remedial intervention of these thoughts the mind & body can be poisoned by the harmful toxins of negative emotions.  The suggestive healing—planting of positive thoughts into the thought process, will redirect a new concept of health in the subconscious level.   Thus, taking responsibility for our thoughts and feelings are imperative for health.  Don’t project these thoughts and feelings but listen without interrupting.

Each of us possesses a device far more advanced than any artificial intelligence machine and is available at any time is our human mind.   In addition, nutrition affects the chemical environment of the brain and blood stream, which influences various behaviors, emotions, and mental disorders.    Moreover, purified water, unpolluted meadow fresh air, and luminous sun energy have been recognized as the finest natural remedies for health.   It is also known that illness and deaths of past incarnation can cause psychosomatic symptoms in the present life.  These causes of illness may be so subtle that it goes beyond recognition by either medical science or psychiatry.

Again, a repetitive thought process of a positive nature combining with proper diet and these natural remedies are the key contributing factors to health.
